- Facilitate the existence of a regional alumnae chapter for members of Alpha Omicron Pi in central Virginia.

- Oversee the collegian Membership Integrity Chair and provide direction for disciplinary action and educational development within the chapter.

Vice President of Membership Recruitment
In the Fall of her sophomore year, Gabby began her work as Vice President of Membership Recruitment (VPMR) which culminated during MSU's Formal Recruitment in the Fall of her junior year. As VPMR Gabby handled the recruitment logistics and organization of 100+ chapter members and 1000+ potential new members. She also communicated with non-Greek woman and encouraged them to learn about the Greek community. Due to Gabby's leadership, and the work of her chapter, Beta Gamma's membership increased by nearly 70 women, an improvement on years past. Additionally, Beta Gamma earned the Chapter Recruitment award at that year's Greek Gala awards. |

House Manager
From the Spring semester of her junior year through the end of her collegiate experience Gabby served as House Manager of the Beta Gamma chapter house. In this position she managed chapter house processes and elements, including the search for future housing with AOII Properties and its board. Gabby also communicated and problem solved on a daily basis with the chapter members, the house director, AOII headquarters, and CSL Management. |

Greek Week Chair
Gabby served as the head of Greek Week for AOII during her final semester as a collegian. As Greek Week chair Gabby had to communicate with the Greek Week Leadership Team, several fraternities, her committee, and the entire AOII chapter. She also orchestrated deadline fulfillment, rehearsal productivity, and philanthropic opportunities for the overall success of the team. As a result of her efforts, the entire team AOII, and their fraternal partners, the team placed 5th overall among the 14 teams in the competition. Moreover, the team raised an excess of $8000, which was donated to Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter, and other local philanthropies. |
Song Leader
Song Leader was Gabby's first elected position as a member of Alpha Omicron Pi. She served from spring semester of freshman year through fall semester of sophomore year. As Song Leader, Gabby was tasked with ensuring that the accuracy and tradition of AOII's historic fraternity music was maintained. She also developed new work to enhance AOII's recruitment capabilities.
Song Leader was Gabby's first elected position as a member of Alpha Omicron Pi. She served from spring semester of freshman year through fall semester of sophomore year.
